Ghetsis is truly reprehensible , this is why he's my favorite pokemon villain, he's nothing at all like the diluted eco terrorists of hoenn, the broken cult leader of shinnoh, the broken nihilist of kalos or the pschologicall mental case of Alola, the dude is just a power hungry dick and doesn't even try to hide it, kinda like Giovanni, but from what I hear, in special Giovanni isn't that bad a dude, I wonder if the author can make Rose interesting, he's not a dick, he's just an impatient galore chasing fool
He'd fit right in at Ciper under Evice, the actual leader truly abandoned and went to prison peacefully but Evice gave everybody the finger and tired to run only to get smacked by Ho-oh
