I beat my used copy of sword and shield in 8 hours. I didn’t need the items the npcs gave me. My team of 6 over leveled Pokémon 1hko’d everything after the 3rd gym. There was one 2 minute cave early in the game. There was no more exploration for the rest of the game. Nothing interesting ever happened. Just boring characters talking to me about things happening and telling me to keep mashing A. There was nothing to do after beating the game but I see this $30 advertisement on the menu interface. Yep, that’s the postgame that used to be included in games. There is nothing redeeming about these games. Nothing.
