>>42723178Well, to actually answer your question, I think that if there was to be a region based on the state of Georgia, it would introduce a lot of Grass and Bug types. The Pikachu clone of the region would either be Electric/Grass or Electric/Bug too.
In terms of the league, gyms would probably start off in one of the many smaller cities like Albany, Savannah, or Columbus, and work up to the Elite Four and Champion in Atlanta.
Post game areas could be the islands off the coast of Georgia (I forget their names), a few more places in Atlanta that open up after the credits, and maybe a Mt. Coronet-esque encounter in the mountains to the north.
