Ice is one of the best offensive types in the game and has been perpetually slowed down by the fact that Ice Types tend to either have a super common 4x weakness (Weavile) or are slower than a retail store's register line (Crabominable).

this fucker has neither and can also wear two choice bands.

Bulk isn't even that bad.

It's basically Mamoswine but twice as good, and Mamoswine was good before the meta changed years ago.

That's because most of these pokémon have a glaring downside. Anytime a pokémon with such an ability without something that makes them utter shit pops out they stay around OU or fuck off to Ubers.

Yeah, without the Scarf you need Zen Mode and that doesn't buff physical moves the way Gorilla Tactics does. The fact that HE can be both Banded (via Gorilla Tactics) and Scarfed at the same time is the reason HE is Ubers.

The reason it's balanced is because it's on a mon with shit tier offense, and even then it's a good enough ability to make Araquanid hit like a nuke.
