WORKAROUND
There's a workaround, my dudes - you can store 7,680 Pokemon right on your Switch, and you don't have to pay shit for it.
>Make a throwaway profile on your Switch
>Start a Swooshie save file and play up to the point where you can access the PC (possibly even earlier?)
>Save
>Open Home
>Choose to play with your real profile
>Move up to 30 Pokemon from your PC to Home
>Back out to main menu
>Choose "POKÉMON" again
>Click your profile icon
>Switch to the dummy account
>Move your 30 Pokemon to the dummy profile's PC
>Rinse and repeat
You can have up to 8 profiles on the Switch. Eight profiles times 960 Pokemon equals 7,680 monsters. All free - cumbersome, but free.
