Since a week or two ago. People are running Skill Link + King's Rock and some are trying to say that it's uncompetitive/unfair because it relies on rng and reduces skilled play.

Cloyster has way higher attack and speed after a shell smash.
So you lose a fuckton of your HP, and if you're lucky enough to survive, you still have a 41% chance to flinch.

Flinching is far worse than having your attack halved, especially when you’re dealing with a +2 skill link rock blast/icicle spear.
And if you do flinch a wall, that wall is dead and you have to rely on Scarf Gengar or something to revenge kill it.

Cloyster can be easily dealt with through Ditto. This asshole on the other hand.
