Yes, Gen 7 allowed Squirtle to be caught in Apriballs and you get HA if you choose Squirtle from HOME Mobile. Then you breed in Gen 8 and done.

okay but anything in gen 8, including all upcoming mythicals, can be traded for over wifi no problem and this list will only grow as more pokemon get patched in
so why not let us trade non-locally in home as well? makes no sense
