Gamefreak decided to shiny lock almost everything. I think its started around XY but it was for sure in SM.

No legal Shiny Zeraora exists. Even then very few Zeraora were even redeemed compared to the mythical events before it. You’ll have to inject yourself.

Shinylocks existed since gen 2. The shinylocked mons are the traded ones. Legend shinylocks were made in gen 5, with Zekrom, Reshiram and Victini.
