Sand rush is its second option ability this generation, mold breaker is more important because Rotom is a big deal this gen.

Excadrill is in the same category of Rhydon. We don't need sexualized bara of them. They are too cute and adorable.

I don't know why but some of the 'less cute pokemon' like Rhydon, Excadrill, and Electabuzz are so adorable to me. Not even a sex thing at all

I wouldn't consider it OP, but its good because it has access to rapid spin, stab eq+ironhead, swords dance, and rocks in addition to pretty good typing as well as solid stats and good abilities.
