It's claws are also definitely more suited for clawing than punching, so it and Dusk should get Shadow Claw, Night Slash, and X-Scissor. Then we just give them Ice Fang, Ice Punch, and Earthquake for good luck.
Other than that, Mean Look, Parting Shot, Knock Off, Punishment, Follow Me, Morning Sun, and Moonlight are appropriate moves to give them.
