Is Spewpa actually a smart pokemon to breed in order to fill up my livingdex? Or should i be breeding Littens?

I often find myself doing strange trade chains like "oh shit if i snag this regigigas i can trde it for that spiritomb, and spiritomb was requested for that fucking palkia which is my goal"

Not entirely sure what to be farming to be able to fill the dex.
