his best set is After You spam with Torkoal
Strength Sap, Sleep Powder, Solar Beam and Sludge Bomb make up the rest of the set depending on what you need

Usually it's played Chlorophyll
With after your to unleash Torkoal,
With Sleep Powder to sleep the world
With Strenght Sap to annoy Tyranitar, Exca, Dracovish and stuff
With Sludge Bomb for a good juicy stab.

I would play Timid Nature with 252 Spa, 252 Spe 4hp
