Even worse, it's literally based on a real life bird, just like Pidgey, Taillow, Pidove, etc. There's no reason it should be pure flying instead of something like Swablu, which is just a tennis ball with cotton wings.
If you want to make normal birds pure flying for some reason, at least do that retroactively to all the other normal birds so far.
