What is meltan worth in terms if trades? I'm trying to get other mythicals for it but I'm not sure how much its worth. Is Zearora and Marshadow too steep an ask?

Probably one of the best pokemon for trading, it cant be sent on the gts but it is easily worth any gen7 or earlier mythical.

I dont have Sword or Shield and HOME makes trading mythicals unnecessarily difficult, but I would trade anything from my 3DS living dex for a meltan right now.

Trade rooms has the same restrictions as the GTS (no "special" pokemon) it's so trash.

Friend codes and trading on mainline games, HOME is no good.
The friend trade on HOME might work, but you can only trade locally using it (check using your phone's GPS).

Meltan are ridiculously easy to get if you have LGPE and GO, you get a fuuuuuuck ton. I still have a lot of Meltan in my Let's Go Eevee save so they're worthless to me, but hey if someone wants em I'll trade them for anything

Mod your 3DS using this guide if you haven't already anon.

Then install this application on your 3DS and go nuts it lets you inject event Pokemon in any of the 3DS and DS games and make custom Pokemon and other crazy craft like getting 1000 + master balls have fun.

Meltan is easy as hell to get, if you have "lets go", a switch, a go account and a phone you can get at least 15 every 3 days, melmetal is the bigger ask since it only evolves in go and can take weeks to have enough to get one
