Since Galar region has made other shitty Pokemons like Linoone, Farfetch'd and Corsola viable, let's imagine a Galarian Luvdisc. Its typing, abilites, moveset and whether it evolves or not is entirely up to you, just keep its shitty stats (except the passable speed) the same.
