yes, it CAN be defeated in 3 moves if you only are able to use very strong super effective attacks on it, but lets face it it will basically mean that it will be impossible to defeat while it is eternamax with the best you can do is switch into NVE or uneffected by poison, dragon, or fire attacks (or ghost or grass or steel).
it is basically shuckle with the HP of chancey, so it wont be going down, and although 115/125 offenses are good, it can be... oh wait, it gets agility as well as dragon dance but not a good attack movepool to do shit with but it has a base speed of freaking 130 anyway. with 1 agility or DD set up, the best you can do is to just tank the 3 special hits and even if it doesnt kill you
