The concept of an actual spiky ball would've been easily tie in to both perrserker's whole viking beserker cat shit cuz maces and what not, and JUST a fucking beard is just retarded and leads back to the entirety of gen 8's whole "HAHA WHAT IF ___", I.E. a fucking joke with zero punch line...
Perrserker is also a let down for various reasons, namely

They essentially killed him on spot and forced him into the meowth line for, what i can only imagine haha funnies in the ashime later on.
There's really fucking nothing for me in g meowth and only the design of perrserker is good because of course modern gf goes full chimp mode and don't understand that berserkers and vikings are highly violent and... F a s t, so really, it's just all disappointment.
