Offensive wise is pretty good,ice types are literal glass cannons,but the could cut the rock weakness.It's not like hurling a boulder at an iceberg is gonna do much.

The problem here is that most ice types aren't actually built like glass cannons in terms of stats, movepool, etc. The fact that pokemon like Frosmoth exist after over 20 years of Pokemon competitive play should tell anyone that Game Freak is just plain retarded.
