It would also be nice if he would go and seek professional help but he literally refuses to and has made himself mute.

The pokemon masters reddit discord is probably one of the only things giving him some decent human interaction anymore. The problem with it is that its totally artificial.
The people on there don't actually like him and many have changed their names to Precious(insertcharacterhere) as a way of silently mocking him. It is bound to fall apart at one point when one of the admins decides that he's just causing to much chaos.
Getting of the internet in general would probably be good for him as well.
