Midday has a much better stat distribution than Midnight but is inferior to Dusk in every way so isn't worth talking about. NU, maybe RU.
Dusk is decently fast, especially for gen 8's meta, and packs quite the punch thanks to tough claws. Close Combat and Psychic Fangs definitely help it out a lot by giving it better tools against Steel and Fighting types. I could see it doing well in UU, but it'll never be OU since it's completely outclassed by Terrakion.
