Was anyone able to find Mew? I was looking at the game files and it looks like there's a minor glitch that does not make Mew appear, or am I doing something wrong? Isn't just catch Mewtwo to trigger the event?
btw, if someone wants, I can tell where are the other legendaries.

Is there something in the lava dungeon? I went there and it went to an obvious boss room with nothing on it. Very high encounter rate and lots of puzzles to solve.

After you beat the rockets in the radio tower( or the last gym , I'm not totally sure right now), you need to talk to an old man in Nutype city, then go to the 5F tower.
after the Ho-oh event, the legendary beasts will appear in the caves.

I've wasted 30 minutes trying to catch this goddamn farfetchd. Despite being a route 1 mon and me bringing it to red health, it still routinely breaks out of the ball, sometimes with zero shakes. Is my copy broken or am I doing something wrong?

I had the same issue, but I went to check the laboratory again, and Mew appeared in the same room as Mewtwo this time. It might be a matter of waiting for some time after catching Mewtwo, or possibly having Mewtwo in your party.
