They should start by not introducing bugs that go unfixed for months, not cutting features and mons or manage to implement a fucking text box properly when the game updates
Then they can improve the gameplay and graphics of the game, make the story more interesting (not more story, just more interesting)
After all of this has been done, it's possible to think about secondary things like voice acting (which people will complain about anyway since they would be localized)
If GF has voice acting as one of their priorities they clearly won't manage to improve
