Everytime I try to make a new save file in a Pokemon game, I get to around the 3rd gym and get quit. This happens daily (if not weekly) as I keep finding new ROM hacks and other challenges to play. Pokemon's always been my favourite game to play as a kid, and Emerald specifically will always be my favourite game of all time - I still haven't brought myself to beat Alpha Sapphire.

Any Anon suffer burnout like I do? I feel it's ruining the way I perceive and play video games as a whole.
