Here's that, but instead there's no actual build up or plan, he just flips a switch to end the world for reasons we can't elaborate on because we didn't think of them." It makes no sense, none, the whole finale just comes out of left field, happens, and literally nothing of consequence comes of it. Even Rose is 100% nonplused about being defeated. I thought you were worried we were all gonna die because no new renewable energy tomorrow why are you 100% fine now? You make no fucking sense.
I know it's next level to be so spergingly mad at a children's JRPG but this is the same company that made Earthbound, man. They could do better if we held them to a fucking modicum of expectations.
