VGC Bros, is TWave/Willo viable on Sableye or is that too much status reliance? Could Quash be a better alternative?

See, I don't like his typing. Steel weakness is a little significant right now. Built right Sableye can be built to live a fair amount, but it also does struggle with fairies.

Sableye is great, he can shut down pure physical teams with wil o wisp, knock off, recover, and taunt
Just watch out for other dark types in their team as your prankster will be null against them

Quash is just about the only reason to use Sableye over Grimmsnarl, thankfully a pretty good one. Run it with... pretty much whatever. Just watch out for Indeedee.

Quash is fucking amazing, I made so many people rage this last weekend by quashing their faster pokémon.
I currently run Fake Out, Quash, WoW and Ally Switch. Not sure about the fourth move yet though, I ran sucker punch at the event to finish crippled pokémon but it felt unnecessary, and relatively often I wished Sableye would faint.
I'd run Grimmsnarl with Scary Face (bootleg Quash) but Sableye being a ghost type makes it immune to Fake Out, which is becoming the new fad lately.

Either way don't bother with Eject Button shenenanigans, they don't work in best of 3 and even in best of 1 you fail most of the time.

Looks like an alright team except for Rapidash, it's just plain bad with no niche that makes you want to try using it. I assume it's also your TR setter, which goes against its stat spread since it's quite the fast pokémon.

Nah, it’s not setting tr. I just wanted a fast life orb mon with good coverage and it’s been doing alright at that. I used it scarfed for a while but I found that screwed me over more than outspeeding dragapult mattered

Actually, I could do that and replace tailwind with icy wind. It’s not as good for speed control but it solves the taunt problem. I think I’ll pair him beside a wide guard or lightning rod user.

I think you'd really want Tailwind so that if Sigilyph outspeeds on the 2nd turn, you can get a guaranteed 2nd turn burn
Air Slash also gives you an out with a 27% to flinch
OTOH Icy Wind can be reflected with Mirror Armor and the drops can boost Competitive and Defiant
Sigilyph historically has no presence but the first set is better than dying to the first strong move it takes

You can make it work. Not a lot of teams are prepared for Neutralizing Gas. It can Taunt anything it wants on top of that too. Clear Smog clears Dynamax boosts and setup.
Balloon/Sash to force people to target it.

It has potential but you need to make the team around it otherwise it will feel like a sitting duck. Right now it's not really getting attention, I wouldn't be surprised if someone would win an event with it and everyone started using it for a while.

Stored Power/ Air Slash/ Roost/ Protect.
Specifically he's partnered up with Pokmeon to help him proct off a Weakness Policy (Beat Up, Fling, etc). Tinted Lense can kill almost anything with stored power at +2 SpA and 4 stat buffs (5 if I get flinged a Salac berry and am at +1 speed).

He had to be 252 speed Timid, so that's half th EVs there. I just didnt like how frail he is at 252 SpA but needed more power than 252HP, this was just the middle ground of the two. Didn't see anything specifically that added to it.
And before anyone says Swoobat really doesn't do this better. He's got much less power and bulk, meaning you pretty much have to run 252spA if you hope to do the same amount of damage as Siglyph even after Simple.
