Libero would be heightening its coverage, but that doesn't reach the full range necessary to threaten everything in the game. Vaporeon, Jellicent, Pelipper, and Mantine can all switch in on it post-Libero unless the TMs/TRs/Move Tutors get updated in Cinderace's favor in the DLC. However it's not like it gets Thunder Punch or Wild Charge anyway and they're out already.
