I dont like the accuracy of an unimproved Sleep Powder myself. In the sun, growth or offensive powers just seem so much more dependant. Now if you did take up Sableye and threw Gravity on it, that would be different. Otherwise, outside of grass stab I struggle to think up which moves to priority. Sludge Bomb gets good usage as a 30% chance to kill any sashers and buffing SpA when Dynamaxed, Weather Ball will mostly be a rare fire type attack to use but also can be used during other weathers if the play calls. Earth Power also has great coverage and gives you a great SpD buff dynamaxing.
