Mr. Rime definitely has one of the best. Any Pokemon that isn't just "gently bobbing", "gliding", etc. are usually quite good.
Polteageist also has cute animations that it does in its idle state: It spins around, its head pops out from the bottom of the teapot, etc.

Most of the pokemon made after the switch to 3d actually look reasonable good.
It's a ton of Kanto and Johto mons that look terrible, like Nidoking, Blastoise, >>42815417

Other good ones include scorbunny, falinks and toxicroak.
Boring idle poses are a real problem, but I wish more people were aware that there are a lot of really good ones as well.
