Objectmons are fine because they're not meant to be natural. Most objectmons have some sort of explanation as to how they came to be, whether it's because they're manmade or some weird thing happened that brought them to life.
Pokemon like Cinderance are supposed to be naturally occurring animals. If something is originates in nature, it's a valid criticism to point out that it doesn't look natural.
