Glaceon is the prettiest of eevees and a living proof why slow frail Ice-types don't work.
Leafeon is the worst-looking eeveelution outside of shiny Espeon, is neither particularly viable nor memetically bad like Flareon and Glaceon, and is overall unmemorable.
I'd say Leafeon.
