This shit right here is exactly why injecting/genning/whatever is completely justified
Do you have any idea how much of a pain in the fucking ass it is to transfer a teleport clefable?
Even if it was easy you still need to own at least 3 games. Gamefreak needs to fix this bullshit. If a pokemon could learn a move once it should be able to learn it forever unless they remove its ability to so so (like lovely kiss nidoking, for example)
