Which games can't be soloed with just your starter? Set style can be a factor.

If you allow HM slaves then none of them up to the league, if you grind enough, what's the highest leveled champion, 58?
If you go full end game then probably the GSC ones, I doubt you can defeat Red with just your starter even at L100 without items.

Any game after gen 6 you might as well lower the levels by 20 cause of xp share
Your Pokémon are always going to be massively overleveled in these games
