This one is deceptive. They got off scott free because of the terms of use note at the bottom of the paragraph, but the screenshot is deceptive because it includes many different regions even though being able to actually trade with these players is a very, very unlikely scenario fof users. It's supposed to be a screenshot relevant to the trade features, and not just the friends list, but 99% of users are not going to be able to trade with foreign friends
