70 is an abysmal speed tier, and it only has 20 extra special attack. Worse bulk than Eviolite Mime, barely any additional moves (and certainly nothing worth using), and Mime can get a lot of the same KO's with Freeze Dry. I only run 20 Sp. Atk EVs on mine.

I run max speed to tie with 100's but 95 is the magic number in Gen VIII so you could get away with running only 220, probably.
