It annoys me that we never got a timetravel dystopian future episode, that's something every cartoon did back then, I'd expect the more lax Original Series to pull off something like that. An episode or 2 set in the future where Ash is already a famous hero fighting some army of engineered mons by TEAM rocket.
We got to see adult Danny Phantom, Timmy Turner, Ben 10...but no Ash
