Pincurchin can at least be useful with gimmick electric terrain sets and has a decent movepool attacking wise, Galarian Stunfisk is just plain useless.

Unironically regular Stunfisk can use it better.

Going back the other direction, Limber would actually be a better ability on Galarian Stunfisk than Mimicry is.

I remember when Stunfisk used to be a big meme in Japan back in the BW era and maybe that's the reason why it got a regional variant, but it seems like Japs didn't really care about the new form

Honestly, the new Pokemon I hear and see the least a out is Eldegoss and it's preevo (whatever it's called). No one shares their love for it, no one complains about it, no one talks about how it's the most forgettable. Truly and utterly forgotten by most users.

They hated it so much that they included it in the game and went out of their way to make it unlikable. It is useless and causes more problems for players by wasting time than it is helpful in any sense other than a +1 for the dex.

They could have easily made it's signature ability just change the Ground type while leaving Steel alone but nope, it changes fully instead of having some pretty decent dual types (Steel/Electric, Steel/Fairy, Steel/Psychic and Steel/Grass).
