i cant remember the names of all the pokemon after gen iv onwards even though ive played all the games

I can hardly remember any of the Pokemon from gen 6 and 7 off the top of my head. I remember all the Pokemon from gens 1-5 and 8. Maybe they have the most memorable designs or something.

learn a memory system, remembering pokemon names is easy due to the fact that you always have a visual association.
