There is none. The AI gradually learns to recognize your team and move patterns, and eventually will throw an opposing team at you tailor-made to destroy you. The only way around that is to change up your team every 20 or so battles. And it’s pretty much necessary to use a mega and z-moves — Mega Mom is particularly effective.

This. I ran a rain team for about 20ish battles and would begin to notice every opponent conveniently having a bunch of fucking Grass-types & Ferrothorn especially becoming much more common.

I think your missing the point. You’re supposed to build a good team and experiment with different strategies. If you keep losing I don’t think you’re problem is RNG. Granted I had to play battle tree a lot before I won but it’s supposed to be a challenge.

I just lost a streak because an Electrode's Thunderbolt paralyzed my Mega Metagross which caused it to be fully paralyzed on the next turn. I had to use Bullet Punch first because the Electrode was holding an Air Balloon so OHKOing with Earthquake wasn't possible.

M-Charizard X is broken. The AI will never predict it to mega evolve into X, so you can utilize that to absorb a move with your new typing. All you need is one Dragon Dance and you'll be one shotting pretty much everything with flare blitz our outrage. I don't know what you'd pair him with tho

The AI will often send out faster offensive mons(102+ base outspeeds), Wide Guarders or Gliscor/Landorus. Hence two single-target moves for each. For Excadrill, Iron Head is its other STAB and Brick Break is a screenbreaker that also picks off Wide Guarded Scrafty. With Thundo, Psychic is great for picking off Wide Guarders like Throh, and HP Ice nukes the only type combo that resists all four of the pair's multi-target moves.

Greninja + lvl1 Aron @ Berry Juice literally always took me over the 50 streak. Aron has a permanent Follow Me over it's head. If you play the first turns right you can clean easily with the rest of the team.
Open with Mat Block + Endeavor , then Surf + Protect then back to Endeavor and so on.
You need to adapt against Fake Out, faster mons, etc.
