1.3x boost instead of 1.5x. Even still, the Tapus are gonna be broken because Koko now has a viable physical set and Bulu got some new toys as well. Lele is still powerful as well.

Koko's the worst out of the bunch now since not only does Defog get rid of its own terrain, Electric Terrain was always the worst out of the bunch and getting it nerfed really does harm it.
Don't get my wrong, Koko's not a shitmon by any means, it just isn't as crazy as it originally was.

Bulu's a bit better, but that's becuase it now has High Horsepower, which isn't affected by Grassy Terrain

Lele and Fini are about the same, because Psychic Terrain's main thing is to block priority and Lele hitting 20% weaker isn't a dealbreaker since it already has base 130 special attack and the nerfs to terrains don't affect Fini at all.

Not that guy but you know megas are going to return eventually, what with Cynthia getting a mega on mobile, let's go giving gofaggots an easy usage for megas, and mystery dungeon getting megas added. If anything, z-moves are the ones that are probably shafted.

For VGC it depends on what other pokémon comes back. The terrains are still extremely good because of the secondary effects.

Excadrill's no longer a counter to Koko, although Koko only has one viable set now. Who thought it was a good idea to give everything fucking Close Combat?

Rillaboom is stronger than Tapu Bulu. The speed difference is huge, having access to Knock Off, U-turn and Fake Out (for doubles) is huge. Higher HP make it better at spamming Wood Hammer. Play Rough is fucking nothing so Bulu's main draw are Close Combat and the defensive benefits of Fairy type, although being pure Grass has some small upsides like being able to deal with Excadrill.
