I didn't vote, so I don't know how the voting was set-up. I know someone said you could vote once per day, but that would still have the same results as 1 for 1. It just bloats the total number of votes is all.

I mean my younger sister was able to obtain Salamence when she was 6 on Sapphire, but I get what you mean. I was considering Flygon, but Salamence is definitely the dragon most people would prefer from Hoenn.
