Flare Blitz might be useful but given the fact that Incineroar plays a defensive role in vgc, especially with Parting Shot in the mix, having Incineroar be as healthy as possible in the long term is the way to go.
Singles roar might just clap cheeks as hard as it can

Incineroar needs to be able to switch in to intimidate, and every time it loses HP from flare blitz, the next switch-in gets a little bit harder.
