For me:

Shiftry over Ludicolo
Sirfetch'd over Rapidash
Klara over Avery

Allister and Melony over Bea and Gordie
T-tar over Hydrageion
Drampa over Turtonator
Cursola over Darmanitan

The rest are equal or don't care. Most of the catches are less important because trading, but then I have the legendary(also tradable) and the rival in Isles of Armor that I will probably get later over my preferred gyms/leaders. What would you do in my shoes?
