Very few TCG sets have real themes that reach beyond their 5 or so most powerful cards..

Is this just me or does this set seem pretty underwhelming? I skimmed through the set list on PB and nothing really seemed to stand out apart from Shovel, Lysandre 2.0 and maybe Dragapult.

Team Rocket, Delta Species, and any Sandstorm/Aquapolis/other sets based around ruins are some of the best themed sets and something the TCG returns to pretty often because it does it pretty well.
