So I found my old emerald cart, had done difficulties getting it to load up but I was able to manage, so I do a bit of fucking around and try to save, then I get hit with a “saving failed” screen, naturally, I assume the battery is as dry as the queen, so I need to replace it, any tips on how to? I have most of what I think I would need, and I have a 1216 battery, will that do? And can anyone who had done this before give me some tips?
