rain without vish isnt rain, slapo a scarf vish over mandi
barraskewda is better with LO imo
pelliper is better with defense evs now that it can roost/defog
toad can run full physical eq liquidation whip and also run rain dance to keep your weather on enemy weather switchins
just predict their water immunity switches, keep up pressure, you should be able to steamroll most teams in low ladder right now with waterspam

Your team is pretty slow outside of rain, not offensive enough to pressure your opponent consistently and lacks decent switch-ins to make up for the previous flaw imo.
I'd add Dracovish and give a LO to Barraskewda.
Mandibuzz and Bisharp seems a bit random too, you can find better.

nah weather ball's cool on offensive pelipper, it's only 10 bp weaker than hydro pump in the rain without the accuracy problems. that being said there's a case to be made that it shouldn't be offensive pelipper at all if you're running a full rain team where keeping it alive matters more

Ferrothorn would be much better than bisharp in your team, it gives you stealth rock and makes you much less vulnerable to opposing water pokemon. Also, your toad is 1 point slower than dragapult, make it faster than zeraora at least, and use grass knot over power whip. Consider running mantine and/or dracovish, they're both very good in rain. Don't run defensive pelipper and consider keeping mandibuzz, the former is shit and the latter is useful against hydreigon.

physically defensive clefable takes about 45% from LO plasma fists and can force a switch with either softboiled or wish+protect, it's really good in general too instead of being an uber-specialized counter unlike most of these suggestions

i've personally been running a specially defensive one with giga drain to snipe seismitoads for dracovish, but it needs u-turn/ eject support to win the 1v1 every time

Don't try to build your own team.
It's like trying to write a book when you don't even know how to read.
Take a couple teams from one of the smogon team threads or steal some from tournament replays.
Experiment with them until you find what kind of style works for you, and don't try to alter the team too much unless you see really glaring weaknesses.

yeah you can play with your favorite mons but it will need more team support
In the case of barraskewda, you will need more things to take care of toxapex, seismitoad and such rather than simply slapping rain on and calling it a day
Also don't use band barraskewda

It's just not fun at all either way. Opponents can make safe switches while your Pokemon fail to do anything because of stat-checks unless you over-predict endlessly. It's dull and exhausting.
