Because she actually has a script, that she then speaks through Pikachu. It might sound gibberish to you, but she's actually working and not just blabbering "PIKACHU" into a mic.

There's plenty of different pikachu emotion sounds of the hundred of episodes. One line can only get so deep. You can EASILY splice together audio seamlessly especially if it's by the same person.

That's mostly because media like movies/shows that require voice actors instead of live actors are held in lower regard in this west. I wish that would change.

I know Toriyama made Yajirobe because he knew Goku's voice actress wasn't gonna be happy realizing she's gonna be out of a job after her character dies.

Because she's actually talking, but replacing every syllable with "pi", "ka", or "chu".
It would sound wrong to reuse sound files because they'd be in the wrong context.

You mean Kuririn's voice actress (who also went onto be the voice of Luffy). When Goku first meets Yajirobe, he comments on how his voice sounds just like Kuririn's. Kuririn had just been killed off, so it seemed like Toriyama didn't want to take Mayumi Tanaka's major role away and leave her with nothing. In fact, Masako Nozawa (Goku) and Mayumi Tanaka were the two voices selected by Toriyama himself.

Because Dragon Ball is a manga made in Japan by a Japanese man and got a Japanese anime and the character's name is Kuririn (クリリン) from 栗 (kuri; chesnut), shaolin, and kuri-kuri bouzu (clean-shaven head).

Krillin is a name made for a poor 90s anime English dub.

not that person but i was just watching a dbz movie and the subtitles said kuririn but didnt say gokou, they said goku and all the other names seemed the same or almost the same (freiza was freeza)
so hes probably just going by japanese subtitle names, not literal romaji translation
