Nothing in particular really. Sinnoh is the most safe and average, least stand-out region I think. It just copied the recipe from Gen 3 but didn't manage to outshine it in any way.

But the Gen 4 legends suck sweaty donkey ballsacks. Gen 3 was the one that started with jumping the shark in that regard, but Gen 4 made it even worse.

Gen 4 mythology is basically shintoist mythology with dinosaur action figures in it.

Gen 5 did at least a much better job at fleshing out the intricate relationship between the region and its turbo ying-yang dragons.

but Unova is based on the shittiest country in the world = USA
