I don't see changing to cover to be more cheerful a practicularly bad thing, as long as the actual story content isn't watered down. However I personally still like the old ones more, and I can totally get people being worried that the new cover design is some sort of a sign that even the PMD games from now on will suffer the same kind of fate as the mainline series. I do still think that since the game is literally coming out in less than a week, might as well wait until the release instead of doomposting ITT about the future of all PMD games because of a cover. You don't even have to buy and play it yourself to see the changes made if you're willing to wait a day or two after release. After that I don't really mind if people start shitting on it because obviously everyone has the right to their opinion, especially about a remake of a beloved game.
