>Add in Sandstorm form
>Forecast now summon weather if you give Castform the weather items
>Castform forms get +20 in every stat (except HP) when transformed
>Weather Ball now 70 base power, 140 when under weather

+180 BST to a fully evolved Pokemon with 330 BST is a valid change. Giving it a special snowflake heh ability and move just brings it up to the level of one-stage Pokemon of current gens instead of being literally worthless.
With its shit defensive typing and lack of offenses the thing is still incredibly niche and really only works in doubles. It actually would just end up being a worse Grimmsnarl in that regard.
