Before you say 'orcas are related' that's not true. Orcas are to dolphins as gorilla are to chimps, closely related but incapable of cross-breeding in any form.
False Killer Whales however are capable of breeding with dolphins since they're actually related enough but FKWs and dolphins are more like different breeds of dogs or chickens and pheasants.
That being said Kyogre is definitely not a big doofy FKW like in the pic. Kyogre is an Orca.
